Feature
Buried Soft Seal Gate Valve consists of two parts, Valve Body and Telescopic Pole, Valve Box is set at the end of the valve.
The product can be directly buried in the soil, Not need to set up a valve well saparately. The well chamber can be adjusted with the height of the ground. Due to the small volume of the exposed valve box cover, it does not affect the surrounding greening project, which is beautiful and can avoid non professional personnel opening and closing the valve at will and the well cover missing. The internal and external of Valve Body is treated by electrostatic spraying epoxy resin powder, which is environmentally friendly and long service life. The product meets the technical requirements of "CJ / t262-2007 directly buried gate valve for water supply and drainage".

Installation

Compared with Gray cast iron, Ductile iron in intensity has an absolute advantage. The tensile strength of ductile iron is 60k, while the tensile strength of Gray cast iron is only 31k.The yield strength of ductile iron is 40k,while Gray cast iron did non yield strength. The strenght and cost of ductile cast iron is much superior the Gray cast iron.Ductile cast iron and Grey Cast Iron in the corrosion resistance is in the same.
Ductile cast iron has the same strength of cast steel, but also has excellent corrosion resistance, and the cost of ductile cast iron is lower than cast steel.
