Product Description

The valve does not produce cavitation and vibration in the whole working range, and has good flow control effect at small flow rate. Its structure is a fixed inverted cone, advanced hydraulic design body and four guide vane supports used to reduce vibration. The flow is controlled by the forward and backward movement of the external movable sleeve. The valve body is respectively provided with metal to metal valve seat or complementary soft sealing valve seat, or both constitute a composite valve seat to ensure sealing performance. When discharged into the atmosphere, the water diffuses at a wide cone angle and decomposes into a thin spray form, which consumes energy in the air. Usually, according to the actual demand, it can be required to control the flow area, and a different form of deflector is installed at the outlet, which can not only mix the air with sufficient water, but also concentrate the flow.
The test results of DC fixed cone valve show that there is no obvious vibration, which depends on the amount of air in the water flow. When the fixed cone valve is fully opened, the discharge coefficient is about 0.9 whether there is a deflector or not.

Uses: This valve is mainly used in water network, power plant, water diversion project and other media as the water pipe network system, to adjust the pipe medium flow, flow state and decompression and pressure regulation, especially in large diameter, high pressure and large pressure difference The working condition shows its superior adjustment and control functions.
